What is manjar blanco?

Manjar blanco is a rich, slow-cooked caramelized milk spread similar to dulce de leche, but with a smoother, velvety texture. It is the signature filling inside our authentic Peruvian alfajores.

How far in advance should I order?

• Alfajores & Empanadas: Place your order by Wednesday at 5:00 PM for Friday delivery/pickup
• Custom Cakes & Party Spreads: Please order at least 1 week in advance so we can prepare your custom order with care.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

• Local Pickup: Available every Friday in North Port, FL (exact address provided upon order confirmation).
• Local Delivery: not offered
• Nationwide Shipping: We ship our alfajores and turrones across the U.S.! Contact us for shipping rates and estimated transit times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash (for local pickups). Payment details are provided once your order is confirmed

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?

Yes! We can accommodate dietary preferences with custom recipes upon request. Please notify us when placing your order so we can discuss ingredients and availability.

How should orders be stored, and how long should they be kept?

• Alfajores: Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
• Empanadas: Best enjoyed fresh on pickup day! Reheat in an oven or air fryer at 350°F for 5–8 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
• Cakes: Refrigerate until 30–60 minutes before serving for optimal flavor and texture.

What makes Peruvian empanadas different?

Peruvian empanadas feature a light, buttery crust filled with savory beef or chicken, spices, hard-boiled egg, and olives. They are traditionally dusted with powdered sugar and served with fresh lime juice squeezed right over the filling.

Can I place a last-minute or rush order?

We do our best to accommodate rush requests depending on our baking schedule! Please message us on WhatsApp/Contact page to check same-week availability.

Do you offer charcuterie tables?

Yes! We build charcuterie boards and grazing tables for gatherings, showers, birthdays, and holiday get-togethers — cheeses, cured meats, fruit, olives, and crackers arranged to order. Let us know your guest count and any favorites (or allergies) when you reach out.
